How Our Orders Work?
Every piece at Real Canarys is made to order, just for you.
Because each item is crafted individually - not pulled from a warehouse shelf - we ask for a little patience. The wait is what makes your jewellery genuinely yours.
Standard processing time: 10–12 business days.
This is the time we need to design, cast, set, polish, and quality-check your piece before it ships. Specific processing times for individual items are listed on each product page.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally, to every address around the world.
We work with the most trusted shipping partners in the industry — DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS — chosen for their near-perfect record of secure deliveries. Every package is fully insured for the total purchase price, from the moment it leaves our workshop until it reaches your hands.
A signature is required at delivery to ensure your jewellery is received safely.

Free Shipping Countries
We offer 100% free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe, Australia, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, and New Zealand.
Other Countries
For destinations outside the list above, standard shipping is USD 15.
Express Shipping — Available Worldwide
Need it faster? Express shipping is USD 50 to any country.
Important: Express shipping speeds up delivery, not production. Your order still goes through the full 10–12 business day crafting process — express simply gets the finished piece to you faster once it ships.
Delivery Timelines
Once your order ships:
Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 7–9 business days
Standard Shipping: 17–19 business days
These are the timelines our shipping partners meet for 99% of parcels. Customs clearance, severe weather, and other unforeseen events can occasionally cause delays. Once a package is in transit, the carrier controls delivery time — not us.
Rush Orders
Have a special occasion coming up? We offer rush production for an additional USD 75.
With a rush order, your piece moves to the front of our production queue and ships via express delivery. Just message us right after placing your order and we'll confirm the timeline.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking link goes live within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep — and we're here if any questions come up along the way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fees.
Here's what we know by region:
No customs duty expected: USA, Australia, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Middle East, South America
Customs duty may apply: Canada and Europe — typically capped at around USD 30
If customs duty is owed, our shipping partner will contact you directly to arrange payment. We recommend checking your country's import threshold before ordering to avoid surprises.
P.O. Boxes & Restricted Addresses
For security and signature-required delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a residential or office address where someone is available to sign for the package.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Every order is fully insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all:

Share your order number and photos of the damaged packaging
We'll file the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you
This is what insurance is for. We've got you covered.
What If I'm Not Home?
If no one is available to sign at delivery, the carrier will attempt redelivery the next business day. After multiple failed attempts, they'll hold the package at the nearest depot for collection and contact you to reschedule.
If a package is returned to us due to failed deliveries, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

When you order from a typical retailer, your jewellery passes through this chain:
Manufacturer → Wholesaler → Distributor → Retailer → You
At every step, there's a markup. And the piece sitting on the shelf was made for anyone, not for you.
When you order from Real Canarys, you skip all of that. We design, cast, set, polish, and quality-check every piece in-house — then ship it directly to you. That's why our pricing is honest and why every piece is worth the wait.
Those 10–12 days aren't a delay. They're the craft.
