Our Warranty Promise

At Real Canary, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. That's why all Real Canary jewellery comes with a **1-Year Manufacturing Warranty** from the date of delivery.

In addition, we offer **Lifetime Service Support**, allowing you to contact us anytime for guidance, inspections, maintenance recommendations, and repair assistance.

Our warranty is intended to protect you against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover damage resulting from normal use, accidents, improper care, or other external factors.

What is Covered

During the 1-year warranty period, we will repair or replace your jewellery if we determine that the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect.

Examples may include:

  • Defects in craftsmanship or assembly
  • Structural faults caused during manufacturing
  • Loose settings caused by a manufacturing issue
  • Faulty clasps, locks, or closures resulting from manufacturing defects

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

What is not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or surface marks from everyday use
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by impact, pressure, or misuse
  • Theft, loss, or misplaced jewellery
  • Loss of gemstones due to accidental damage or wear
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • Exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, or salt water
  • Repairs, modifications, resizing, or alterations performed by third parties
  • Damage resulting from failure to carry out recommended maintenance

Examples of Issues That Are Not Manufacturing Defects

The following situations are considered normal jewellery wear or external damage and are not covered under warranty:

  • Metal discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or water
  • Natural wear of precious metals over time
  • Worn, bent, or damaged prongs resulting from regular use
  • Loose or missing stones caused by accidental impact or prolonged wear
  • Minor variations in gemstones, metal finishes, or handcrafted details
  • Scratches or marks that develop during normal use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at **[contact.realcanary@gmail.com](mailto:contact.realcanary@gmail.com)** with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the problem

Our team will review the information and may request that the item be returned for inspection.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping when sending jewellery to us for warranty inspection or service.

We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service. Real Canary is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to our facility.

If a warranty claim is approved, Real Canary will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.

Warranty Resolution

After inspection, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, Real Canary may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item with the same product
  • Replace the item with a comparable product if the original is no longer available

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement only. Refunds are not provided under this warranty.

Lifetime Service Support

Even after the warranty period has ended, we're here to help.

Our Lifetime Service Support includes:

  • Product care guidance
  • Maintenance recommendations
  • Cleaning advice
  • Repair assessments

Please note that repair services outside the warranty period may be subject to service charges, material costs, and shipping fees.
